The name of this game is “Preserving Capital”. Protect your account at all costs live to trade another day. Trade with stop losses, don’t risk more than you’re willing to lose and always follow your trade plan.
Losing is a part of this game, wether you like it or not, you’re going to lose trades. Learn to accept this and start removing the emotional part of yourself when you trade. Treat trading as a business. When you have a losing trade, close it out and move onto the next.
